A photo shoot in the desert turns violent when leaking volcanic gas causes the already contrary member of obnoxiously vain social media influencer Lana’s entourage to murderously turn on one another. Outdoor guide Payton must run for her life when Lana, having been tossed off a cliff, half her face hideously mutilated in the Fall, survives and comes back looking for the thing she craves most – attention.
